In the production process we use both classic machines and the newest technologies and work processes. Among these, the digital design sistem CAD Optitex and the seam sealing are essential.

Optitex:

• It's a full-automat CAD sistem which we use for digital design.
• It ensures digitization, and employment of the patterns, the grading and printing with an A0 plotter of the pieces that are to be tailored.
• It allows the automatic projection of the equipment and the 3D design.

Seam Sealing:

• It's a special technology which ensures the waterproofing of a clothe's seamlesses.
• This technology is applied to special equipment which ensure protection against bad weather.
